Chapter 46 of EzekielNew World Translation (NWT)

  1. ¶ “This is what the Sovereign Lord Jehovah has said, ‘As regards the gate of the inner courtyard that is facing east,1 it should continue shut2 for the six workdays,3 and on the sabbath day it should be opened, and on the day of the new moon it should be opened.4
  2. And the chieftain must come in by the way of the porch of the gate,5 from outside, and stand by the doorpost of the gate;6 and the priests must render up his whole burnt offering and his communion sacrifices, and he must bow down upon the threshold of the gate,7 and he must go out, but the gate itself should not be shut until the evening.
  3. And the people of the land[a] must bow down at the entrance of that gate on the sabbaths and on the new moons, before Jehovah.8
  4. ¶ “‘And the whole burnt offering that the chieftain should present to Jehovah on the sabbath day should be six sound male lambs and a sound ram;9
  5. and as a grain offering an eʹphah for the ram,10 and for the male lambs a grain offering as he is able to give,[b]11 and, as regards oil, a hin to the eʹphah.12
  6. And on the day of the new moon13 there should be a young bull, the son of the herd, a sound one, and six male lambs and a ram; sound ones they should prove to be.14
  7. And an eʹphah for the young bull and an eʹphah for the ram he should render up as a grain offering, and for the male lambs according to what he is able to afford;[c] and, as regards oil, a hin to the eʹphah.15
  8. ¶ “‘And when the chieftain16 comes in, by the way of the porch of the gate he should come in, and by the way of it he should go out.17
  9. And when the people of the land come in before Jehovah in the festal seasons,18 the one coming in by the way of the north gate19 in order to bow down should go out by the way of the south gate;20 and the one coming in by the way of the south gate should go out by the way of the gate to the north. No one should go back by the way of the gate by which he came in, for he[d] should go out straight ahead of him.
  10. And as regards the chieftain in their midst, when they come in, he should come in; and when they go out, he[e] should go out.21
  11. And in the festivals22 and in the festal seasons the grain offering should prove to be an eʹphah for the young bull and an eʹphah for the ram, and for the male lambs as he is able to give;[f] and, as regards oil, a hin to the eʹphah.23
  12. ¶ “‘And in case the chieftain should provide as a voluntary offering a whole burnt offering,24 or communion sacrifices as a voluntary offering to Jehovah, one must also open to him the gate that is facing east,25 and he must provide his whole burnt offering and his communion sacrifices just as he does on the sabbath day.26 And he must go out, and one must shut the gate after his going out.27
  13. ¶ “‘And a sound male lamb, in its first year,[g] you[h] should provide as a whole burnt offering daily to Jehovah.28 Morning by morning you[i] should provide it.
  14. And as a grain offering you[j] should provide with it morning by morning the sixth of an eʹphah and, as regards oil, the third of a hin for sprinkling the fine flour.29 The grain offering to Jehovah is an indefinitely lasting statute, constantly.
  15. And they must provide the male lamb and the grain offering and the oil morning by morning as a constant[k] whole burnt offering.’
  16. ¶ “This is what the Sovereign Lord Jehovah has said, ‘In case the chieftain should give a gift to each one[l] of his sons as his inheritance, it itself will become the property of his sons themselves. It is their possession by inheritance.
  17. And in case he should give a gift from his inheritance to one[m] of his servants,[n] it must also become his until the year of liberty;[o]30 and it must return to the chieftain. Only his inheritance—as regards his sons[p]—is what should continue to belong to their own selves.
  18. And the chieftain should not take any of the inheritance of the people so as to force them out of their possession.31 From his own possession he should give his sons an inheritance, to the end that my people may not be scattered each one from his possession.’”32
  19. ¶ And he proceeded to bring me in by the entryway33 that was by the side of the gate to the holy dining rooms, those belonging to the priests, that were facing to the north,34 and, look! there was a place there on both rear sides[q] to the west.
  20. And he proceeded to say to me: “This is the place where the priests will boil the guilt offering35 and the sin offering,36 [and] where they will bake the grain offering,37 in order to carry nothing out to the outer courtyard so as to sanctify the people.”38
  21. ¶ And he proceeded to bring me out to the outer courtyard and make me pass along to the four corner posts of the courtyard, and, look! there was a courtyard by [this] corner post of the courtyard, a courtyard by [that] corner post of the courtyard.
  22. At the four corner posts of the courtyard there were small courtyards, forty [cubits] in length and thirty in width. The four of them with corner structures[r] had the same measurement.
  23. And there was a row round about them, round about the four of them, and there were boiling places39 made beneath the rows round about.
  24. Then he said to me: “These are the houses of those doing the boiling, where the ministers of the House boil the sacrifice of the people.”40

The bible tells us to test the spirits. Satan disguises himself as angel of light. So yes some denomination are not teaching the truth. You are responsible for judging which ones are not. You have to judge the truth at all times. this is what the bible teaches

The NWT is a very good translation. Dr. Jason David BeDuhn PhD attests to that in his book Truth in Translation. drive.google.com/...5p16melHzg8/view

The NWT is Satanic filth to its very core.

The JW Cult is Satanic to its very core.

Praise Yahweh I will never be a victim of JW brainwashing. If I burn in Hell for eternity or I am ultimately annihilated so be it

May Yahweh's curse rest on the Watchtower Society and its Satanic leadership

NWT is a false translation that takes away from the deity of Jesus !

Thank you for taking the time to provide this service. I like seeing the NASB on your web page in the same format as I read on paper. On other sites, the text area is smaller, and so I have to keep scrolling down to read and sometimes I lose the context. So I really appreciate the format.

As far as the NWT, you are certainly free to do whatever you think best with your own web pages. I'd suggest that you make a note anytime you have a translation that is associated with only one denomination or church, for example:
New World Translation (Jehovah's Witness version).

In Jesus' parable of the wheat and the tares. the main idea seems to be that you can't easily distinguish between God's people and not-God's people on this earth, so our Lord's response is to wait until they are shown to be the kind of people they are inside. But the NWT seems like false teaching to me. So I think the warning passages from Jesus' apostles are more applicable, as in 2 Peter 3:15-16, when he talks about Paul's writings:
"There are some things in them that are hard to understand, which the ignorant and unstable twist to their own destruction, as they do the other Scriptures."
And we also have the positive exhortations, as in 2 Timothy 2:15:
"Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth."

Your suggestion regarding the denominational flagging is duly noted. But I can’t help but wonder, wouldn’t a Catholic also want “Protestant versions” marked as well?

As for the parable, I’m pretty sure the slaves were convinced in their own minds that they could tell the tares from the wheat. After all, aren’t they the ones who identified the problem in the first place? But the master obviously thought otherwise.

Furthermore, even at the time when Jesus himself was walking the earth, not everybody who claimed fellowship actually followed him causing John to inquire at Mark 9:39, “Teacher, we saw someone casting out demons in Your name, and we tried to prevent him because he was not following us.” But Jesus said, “Do not hinder him . . . for he who is not against us is for us.”

Hello, question.. why have you included the NWT with other legitimate bible translations? Or why have you not atleast included a warning to readers? Don't you fear that someone could be influenced by the Watchtower's intentional heresies? Thank you.

Please site these intentional heresies. I am well versed in the watch tower outline and agree they are in many ways incorrect but i also bet i can point many out from EVERY established or main denomination. There is much to learn from them all as one who drinks milk?

Judge not lest ye be judged, that is not to pass judgement on you either brother.

I debate with scripture. I don't hold it to be true that Michael is Y'Shua HaMeshiach but I also firmly hold it to be true that our G-d and Heavenly Father are not the word encarnate and only begotten son.

I love not seeing "lord" which i relate to baal. I feel the catholic church is a satanic establishment and I am aware a freemason started the hovies but there are evil in high places and our fight is also with principalities.

What i'm saying is that in my darkest hours, those two were some of if not the only ones who would bring a Bible and eucharist and pray with me.

We all fall short of the glory of G-d.

Don't forget the NWT was recognized as the most accurate translation on Jeopardy.

Lastly, this is different I noted than the NWT i have read and am very familiar with. Pull up the watchtower page and compare. I truly look forward to getting this one!
